Primary care in the US runs through family doctors and internists who coordinate referrals; urgent care centers handle minor injuries and illnesses without an appointment for far less than an emergency room; hospitals with emergency departments are the place for severe facial trauma or a dental infection that spreads. Such an unusually nice experience! Very nice staff at the front. Short waiting periods. Extremely educated and professional physicians from PCP to Specialists and Mental Health professionals. Such a lovely surprise - could not be more happy :)

Worst medical service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been a patient since late 2024, and every visit has been the same: extremely long wait times, poor coordination, and zero respect for patients’ time. Appointments here are meaningless—you can arrive early and still wait 2–3 hours just to receive injection. Yesterday visit was the final straw. I checked in early and waited over an hour without being called, while multiple patients who arrived after me were seen first. When I went to the front desk to ask, the receptionist casually said they “forgot to change my status in the system.” This is not a one-time mistake—it has happened repeatedly, which clearly shows ongoing mismanagement. After that, I was told to wait again. No urgency, no attempt to fix the issue. Meanwhile, more patients continued to be called ahead of me. Communication was completely unprofessional—they shouted my name across the room just to say they would call me “soon,” instead of addressing the situation properly. Not a single apology was given. At that point, I had already waited over an hour just for the initial step (vital signs), so I decided to leave. About 20 minutes later—only after I was gone—they fin

Idk who the delivery people are but they are the worse. Id rather trust Ali express/ SHEIN delivery service than whatever they use. It took a total of 10 back to back phone calls for yall to answer, then yall answered tell me more wrong info making me cry. I called yesterday to make sure everything was right for today (mind you it still took more than 5 phone calls to finally reach someone) and something was still wrong. If my T is not here by today I will be finding my way to Long Island I swear that to yall n on my mother.

I have no idea why this place has a low score... but as is sstand now, the experience was excelent. I suffer an accident, and all the staff and very caerful about helping me stabalize and remain calm. Was obviously nervous, but even thought I was paired with a trainee, she was extremly profesional and all the nurses really made me feel better as the wheel me from exam to exam room. I guess the experience does differ from person to person, but as far as mine went, it was great :)

Wow, I should have spared myself the time and not have bothered to make an appointment here after seeing the reviews. This place is extremely unprofessional. They canceled my appointment due to a provider scheduling conflict and never notified me. I only found out ON THE DAY of the appointment! I had to reach out to them to confirm my appointment. They claim they contacted me, however, I have no record of emails, texts, or voicemails. I have never missed an appointment in my life. I am beyond appalled at the lack of professionalism and accountability. They then informed me that there are no primary care appointments available for two months! As a nurse who has worked at several clinics and hospitals, I have never been subject to such poor communication within a practice. I was told that the clinic director, Margaret Lanchard, would reach out to me to remedy the issue. I have yet to receive a message. For any other busy healthcare professionals looking to establish a PCP, I highly recommend you look elsewhere for a facility that will respect your time.
